Integrity
March 27, 2011
Integrity is complete honesty in thought, word, and deed. To be honest is to not need to be honoured, to have polished oneself.
Before a clique can go out into the world, the clique must have integrity. For a clique to have integrity, each constituent must have integrity, and then synergies in which the sum is greater than the parts can ensue. Each constituent can help their mates polish off, like paratroopers checking each others kit.
A clique that protects a constituent with a lack of integrity lacks integrity. That clique is ill and metastasisation of that lack of integrity is not far off, like a rotten apple in a barrel.
