The Four Agreements: A Toltec Wisdom Book

A while ago one of my mother’s housemates gave me a book to read, The Four Agreements, ISBN 1878424319 by Don Miguel Ruiz. I finally read it. While I disagree with his hypothesis about the cosmic nature of the god-universe, his four rules are well worth understanding. The Toltecs are keepers of Native American wisdom.
I. Be impeccable with your word.
II. Don’t take anything personally.
III. Don’t make assumptions.
IV. Always do your best.

An Amazon search for books on consciousness led me to purchase The Physics of Consciousness: The Quantum Mind and the Meaning of Life ISBN 0738204366 by Evan Harris Walker as I am interested in how physicists are using features of quantum mechanics to address the problems of consciousness.
